Warranty and Returns

What products are warranted?

All products purchased from Laser Locked are covered under our 30-day warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This offer is extended to the original purchaser only. This does not cover your mistake in providing engraving text, misuse, abuse, or improper use. Please contact us within 30 days if there is a problem with your order.

*Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. The order number serves as your warranty number and must be retained. Laser Locked will offer no warranty service without this number.


Can I return an item?

At Laser Locked we are sure you will love your new, one of a kind, unique gift. But, if your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, you may return your purchase within 7 days of delivery. You can mail the return package to:

Can I exchange an item?

If the return is a result of our error, we will reimburse you the return shipping costs and send you the corrected item/s that you requested at no shipping cost.

  • In order to complete your return, you must be the original purchaser and include your order number and a copy of your receipt from Laser Locked. 
  • Please contact us and let us know how we can improve or what specifically you do not like about your purchase.

When should I expect to receive a refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
