Engraving Policy

While we accept most engraving requests, we cannot honor every one. Some may contain trademarks or other terms that we do not have the right to use.

Others may contain material that we consider inappropriate or simply do not want to place on our products. At times this obliges us to decline engraving requests that may otherwise seem unobjectionable. If your engraving request is deemed unacceptable, your order will be canceled and you will be notified via email.

Laser Locked reserves the right to cancel any engraving requests after they have been submitted.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Engraving orders canceled or changed after production begins are invoiced for all expenses incurred.

We are not responsible for any mistakes or misspelling made by the customers.

If you have a logo or graphic that you would like engraved in one of our products. contact us and we will evaluate whether or not we can convert your graphic into high-quality engraving artwork that will look good on your purchase.


Guidelines For Uploading A Logo/File

GUIDELINES FOR UPLOADING A LOGO/FILE

  • A high-resolution digital file is required for set-up. The file must be one of the following formats: Jpeg(.jpg), Adobe Illustrator(.ai), CorelDraw(cdr), EPS or PDF.
  • Black & White would be best but let me see what you have.
  • High resolution (150 dpi or higher)
  • All files must be less than 3MB.

WHAT IS NOT APPLICABLE LOGO/GRAPHIC TO UPLOAD
We do not consider photocopies, business cards, faxes, letterhead or other imprinted products to be camera-ready artwork. We can work with these items to create your finished artwork at an additional cost of $50.00 per hour.

FINAL APPROVAL
Your final approval of a digital mock-up will be needed before we proceed with your order.

TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHTS
LASER LOCKED ASSUMES CLIENTS ARE AUTHORIZED TO USE TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS PRESENTED TO US FOR REPRODUCTION. CUSTOMERS ASSUME ALL LIABILITY RESULTING FROM TRADEMARK OR COPYRIGHT DISPUTES.
